Refund policy
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority. In the event that you're not completely satisfied, we're pleased to inform you that Bubblegum Divas welcomes returns within a thirty (30) day window from the date of purchase (as indicated on your receipt). This applies to most items that remain in new condition, provided that we have not made any modifications or customizations to the order based on your specific requests.
Here are the specific details to consider. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items that have been customized, personalized, or altered from our original designs, as well as those that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or any form of modification. To facilitate a successful return, please ensure that all original tags remain attached. Kindly note that items displaying visible wear, stains, odors, or traces of animal hair will not be accepted for return.

All Funko POP! figures are brand new. Box condition is not guaranteed, as minor imperfections may occur during manufacturing or shipping. Items are shipped in protective packaging, but we are not responsible for carrier-related box damage.

Upon receipt of your returned packages, we conduct a thorough inspection, and the processing of returns is typically completed within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, it's important to highlight that the responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer.
Pre-Order Policy: We are unable to process refunds for pre-orders, as we have already submitted your order to our supplier in preparation for the upcoming launch date or product release. Please note that release dates are provided as estimates and are subject to potential changes.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to ensure that your item(s) ship out as quickly as possible. After your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to add/remove items, change payment method, update shipping/billing addresses, or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.

For incorrect or damaged items: In the event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you notify us within a span of 3 days from the date of receipt.
